“You must be responsible for logging into IN10SITY daily and utilize it for the purpose intended. You must keep track of your meals and exercise EVERYDAY. You have to weigh yourself once a week and interact with the page and the In10sity team. If you have a question, please ask the In10sity team for an answer. I am committed to you but you must also be committed to yourself by believing in the goals you create for yourself. In10sity will provide you with the tools and motive you the whole way.”

IMPROVE YOUR PERFORMANCE

In the beginning, the exercises may be a little difficult than what you’re used to, or you might not be able to do them at all. You have to let your body go through the adaptive stage of growth. You will feel more sore than you probably ever have but that is your body waking up. Your body wants to grow but without pain there is no growth (Mentally & Physically). You will eventually be able to do more exercises than you ever have done in your life. The first thing you must not do when you are sore is to quit! If you quit, you will continue to experience your day 1 soreness and never grow from it. Your agility and strength will improve but it’s all about how to fuel your body and take the advice of coach Reggie. Don’t stray from the program!

Whatever you have doubted within yourself and said you couldn’t accomplish before, it is still possible to achieve your destiny and your deepest desires. You are the direct result of your choices — which means, you can be the direct result of your future and present success. Do not dwell on what has happened, only dwell on your current commitment and believe it is already achieved. You can become the greatest version of yourself but you have to be willing to think differently than you have. You must hold on to the commitments that you have made for yourself.
